These are the foods that are going to release their sugar into your bloodstream slowly and allow your pancreas to produce enough insulin to take care of it instead of storing it as fat. Although it is going to take a little bit of willpower on your part, it is possible for you to lose up to 20 pounds in one month by eating in this way.
The way that you do it is actually quite simple. You eat a source of protein at every meal, either beef, chicken, pork for fish. You also want to make sure that you’re eating vegetables with every meal that are low on the glycemic index.
One other thing that you want to eat is a legume, such as beans or lentils. These legumes are what is going to give you the calories that you need to keep your energy up but not so many calories that they are going to be stored as extra fat on the body.
Eating this way for a month is going to produce fantastic results. If you are able to stick with it faithfully, you should also make sure that you include one cheat day during the week so that your body does not get used to this way of eating.
You will begin to see the pounds drop off rather rapidly and by the end of the month, the scale will show a significant difference. This is one way for you to achieve fast easy fat loss success. It is also a way of eating that can be incorporated into your daily life permanently.
