<p>Sounds like something hard? Nope, it&#8217;s not hard at all. It&#8217;s really simple.  Do you know how to squat? If yeah, then all you do is squat&#8230; but do it as fast  as you can and do it over a period of 5 minutes. No weights are needed. Just you  and your body.</p>
